What to Expect in Our Bipolar Disorder Treatment Programs?
Healing Rock’s PHP, IOP, and HIOP programs are designed to address bipolar disorder symptoms with expert guidance and a supportive community:
- Comprehensive Mood Stabilization Therapy: Engage in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Medication Management, and Psychoeducation to develop effective coping strategies and symptom management.
- Structured, Supportive Environment: PHP offers five to seven treatment days per week, while IOP and HIOP provide structured support three to five days per week, allowing for individualized care.
