What to expect in an IOP program?
Healing Rock’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured yet flexible treatment, allowing clients to maintain personal responsibilities while receiving high-quality care.
- Therapeutic Support: Clients participate in individual therapy, group counseling, and holistic wellness activities, including mindfulness and outdoor therapy.
- Flexible Schedule: IOP sessions run three to five days per week, allowing clients to continue work, school, or family commitments while prioritizing recovery.
- Comprehensive Treatment: Our program includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma therapy, and relapse prevention strategies to address both mental health and substance use concerns.
