INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM
Mental Health & Substance Use Disorder
What to expect in an IOP program?
Healing Rock Recovery’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers structured, evidence-based treatment for individuals seeking help with addiction, mental health, or co-occurring disorders—without stepping away from daily life. IOP is an ideal level of care for those who need more support than weekly therapy but do not require 24/7 supervision.
What is IOP?
An Intensive Outpatient Program provides multiple hours of clinical care each week while allowing clients to live at home or in a recovery residence and continue working, attending school, or caring for family. It’s a flexible yet focused option for people ready to take control of their healing journey.
What We Offer in IOP:
Therapeutic Support: Clients engage in individual therapy, group counseling, and experiential therapies including mindfulness, nature-based therapy, and movement-based healing.
Flexible Scheduling: Sessions are held three to five days per week, tailored to fit around work, school, or family responsibilities.
Comprehensive Treatment: Our IOP includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused care, and relapse prevention strategies to support both substance use and mental health recovery.
Healing Environment: Located in the natural beauty of Montana, our campus offers peaceful indoor and outdoor spaces for reflection, connection, and personal growth.
Healing Rock’s IOP bridges the gap between residential treatment and full independence, empowering clients with the tools, insight, and community support needed to achieve lasting recovery.
